chocolate and how many uses it can have in the
kitchen.

Game:
This demonstration shows how versatile and easy
game can be to cook with as well as giving
you
some great ideas for the accompaniments to your
game dishes.
Thursday 13th November.
Sugar Art:
This is one to impress! Learn the wonderful and
unusual things you can make with sugar and
the
professional techniques used.
Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th November.
Christmas Fayre:
If you need a kick start to get you in the mood for
the big day and some fresh ideas to add to your
repertoire, this demo is just what you need.
All demos are £39.00 per person. Included in the
price; a glass of wine on arrival (6.45pm), a
cookery demo hosted by Kevin Viner, a light supper
and coffee.
