THE PERFECT VENUE

Set in the beautiful Cornish countryside, Viners Restaurant is the perfect host for your meeting or conference. Viners is centrally located between Truro, Bodmin and Newquay. We are only a short distance from the A30 and there is ample parking. The restaurant is recognised by Michelin and The Good Food guide, and this is reflected in our first class menu.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Your guests will be welcomed by our staff and then directed to your room. Our staff are throughout to ensure your event runs according to plan. They will make sure you have the equipment you need should you require it.


ROOMS AND LAYOUTS

Our ground floor room can seat up to 16 delegates in various layouts.

FACILITIES

Our team will set the room to compliment the format of your meeting; from the more formal theatre style presentation to the classroom or boardroom setting, or you may require the more informal horseshoe setting for delegate participation.

A comfortable rest area is available for delegates to collect their thoughts or simply relax at quieter times during the day. There is wheelchair access to the ground floor room and disabled toilet facilities are available.

All prices exclusive of VAT. Opening hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5.30pm (9am to 1.15pm or 1.15pm to 5.30pm are classed as half days). Evening rates available on request. Block bookings and multiple useages may be offered at a discounted rate, please ask for details.
Cancellations must be made in writing (letter/fax/email) and may be subject to the following: Cancellations within five working days of the reservation will incur a fee of £20. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged in full.

Light Refreshments

Tea, coffee or juice served with homemade biscuits on arrival - £2.00 per person

Mid morning or afternoon tea, coffee or juice served with homemade biscuits - £2.00 per person

Mid morning or afternoon tea, coffee or juice served with homemade cakes - £2.50 per person

Lunch

Hot and cold lunch buffet including beverages - £8.00 per person
