Kevin and his team hold regular, informal cookery demonstrations. They include a light supper,
a glass of wine, a chance to discuss the evening and some delicious receipes to add to your repertoire. 

The demo themes include:

Fish and Shellfish, Cooking with Game, Sugar Art, Chocolate and Christmas Fayre.

Viners also hold Gourmet Evenings later in the year.
