He was Cornwall’s first chef to earn a
Michelin Star and has since won many accolades.
The ingredients and menus are constantly changing - because the quality of the food remains consistently high. It is an honest process - sourcing the freshest and tastiest ingredients and cooking them with understanding and care.

Set in the beautiful Cornwall countryside, Viners Restaurant is the perfect spot to dine whilst taking in the local attractions. Centrally located, Viners is a short drive from the Eden Project, Watergate Bay and Padstow.

Viners Bar and Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner. The restaurant is also open for lunch on Sundays, where a Roast Cornish rib of beef is always offered, with other fish and meat choices available.
